Recently, the company opened a European headquarters in Bonen, Germany. The European headquarters will provide a complete suite of services to clients in the pan-European region and handle logistics between its US and Germany-based offices. The company also entered into a a distribution agreement with Italy-based ColorTec S.r.l. to supply bioplastic resin to the southern Italian and Slovenian markets. Cereplast entered into a supply and distribution agreement with BioWorks Plc, a division of Galant PLC, to supply Cereplast bioplastic resins to the Polish marketplace.
